Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your inquiries and, for marketing, your opt-in. Typically a few messages per inquiry. We do not send excessive messages.

Opt out & help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS.
• Reply HELP for help.

Transactional vs. marketing

Transactional messages (responses to your inquiry) may be sent without separate marketing consent. Marketing SMS is sent only if you opt in. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active inquiry.
